Here is an interesting way to create that Perfect Burger

I know that if you’ve been on the Grilling Scene for any length of time, you’ve seen these guys. I love their take on BBQ and Grilling. Here is something that I hadn’t thought of. Isn’t that what this site is all about though, finding the new and different?

Check out what they are doing here and use it directly or modify it to fit your own lifestyle. I especially enjoyed their mashed potato idea. I wonder about modifying it to potato salad or macaroni salad. You would have to change it a little because doing it the same way would make the salad warm or would cool off the burger.
