I know that everyone has their own idea of “Nice”. I completely “get it” that this will not fit into everyone’s decorating palate. I think that even for those who can’t use this, will be able to use this idea as a jumping off point to find something that is less expensive than those fire features that cost hundreds of dollars.

For those of us, me included, who don’t have wrecked cars in our yards or don’t want to go to the wrecking yard and use their jack and lug wrench. I’m sure it would be pretty cheap to go to the tire shop, wrecking yard, recycle plant and find some of these fairly cheap.

Then take them to your local welding shop, muffler or trailer hitch installer and ask them to do the cutting and welding. If you think this kind of thing is expensive, it’s not. I’m sure my local muffler shop would only charge $5 to $10 to do this.

Be sure to let us know what you think of this. Show us pictures of how yours turned out.
